Study In Tis Few Way

I hope this could help everyone on their study.

I had learned about 5 studying elements from internet when me ready to study my english course in SWAN TAFE. They are emotional, enviromental, biological, sociological, and physiological.

Emotional factors which may influence study are : motivation, responsibility, and persistent. Through identification and modification, bad study habits can be replaced by more productive habits. Knowing your current levels of these emotional factors, and working to positively reshape them can not only enhance your studying potential but change your outlook toward challenging courses.

Enviromental factors such as sound, temperature, lighting and phisical arrangement can have a significant impact on your ability to study. Althought some student enjoy loud background music, many prefer a quiet place to study, clear of distraction. Some student enjoy the traditional chair and desk study approach. Some student prefer a low lighting system around them, while others have all the light in the house on. Some student crank up the heating system whereas others seem to prefer a cooler studying enviroment. Paying close attention to these environmental factors can increase your overall learning.

Biological : Improve IQ. IQ stands for Intelligence Quotient. It basically measures your intelligence - in other words, how smart you are. There are several types of intelligence; not just your typical school/education related material. While IQ is generally thought to be innate, there are things you can do that may improve your IQ score.
1. read:Read everything and anything (this includes articles, news stories, and magazines.)

2.Try writing with your opposite hand:Doing that will stimulate the other side of your brain to work.

3.remember the motto:Write, don't type. This will increase your writing speed, which is useful in any case. Besides, typing will only use your left hand 56% of the time...

5.Play chess or crossword puzzles:It helps you to think and it can be fun at the same time.

6.Eat more fish:has been scientifically proven to increase memory.

7.More exercise:This increases blood flow to the brain-resulting also in increased thought memory.

8.Forget something that not important:To make room in ur brain. Forget the day and rest your brain.

Sociological : Most student are not aware of the sociological factors that possitively affect thier ability to study effectively. Some prefer studying alone, in pairs, or in teams with adults or any combination of the thing just mentioned (thereof). While it is difficult for a variety of these sociological to operate simultaneously within one classroom.

Physical factors which influence your studying style are those that involve your senses: auditory (ears), visual (eyes), tactile (touch), kinaesthetic (motion), gustatory (taste), and olfactory (smell). Visual students study best by watching a process, or reading materials. Auditory students study best by listening in class, discussing information in groups, and reciting study notes. Tactile students study best by hands-on activities, manipulating objects or flash cards, working problems or re-typing notes. Kinaesthetic students study best by demonstrating movement in their work, exercising while reading, or walking while reciting their notes. Olfactory students involve their nose to distinguish specific elements. And finally, gustatory students study best by tasting the item under investigation.

Hope Everyone Will Find The Way To Study.
